Q How do I schedule a Noodle Kaboodles Party?
Q When can we have a party?
Party time slots are as follows:
Monday - Friday
*6:30pm – 8:30pm
10:30am – 12:30pm
1:00pm – 3:00pm
3:30pm – 5:30pm
6:00pm – 8:00pm
12:00pm – 2:00pm
2:30pm – 4:30pm
5:00pm – 7:00pm

Q Is a deposit required to schedule a party?
Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule or reserve a party date. The balance of the total party cost will be due on the day of your party.
Q Are the parties totally private, or do you share the party room with other people?
Our parties are totally private! You will have the entire space just for your party!
Q How many guests am I allowed to invite?
You can invite up to 16 guests. Of course, additional guests are always welcome! There will be a charge per additional guest over the number allowed in your party package up to a maximum of 16 guests. Adults (over 18), are not included in the final guest count!
Q What time should my guests and I arrive?
You and your guests should arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time to allow for check in and a review of the safety guidelines.
Q What should my guest bring to the party?
All guests should bring their socks. We do have socks available for purchase at $2 per pair should someone happen to forget theirs.
Q Do all the parents need to stay at the party?
The Parent or Guardian of the guest of honor is required to stay at the party. Up to 4 adults (over 18) are welcome to stay, but not required.
Q Will there be someone in charge of the party to help serve the cake/pizza/etc.?
Yes! You will have your own personal party host throughout the party. They will do everything to make your party absolutely perfect! From set up to clean up, they will take care of it all so you can relax and enjoy the party!
Q What type of Pizza do you serve?
Because of their excellent service and quality, we use a local pizza company. Your box of party size pizza will be delivered hot and fresh right before you begin eating! Type of pizza depends on your menu choice of Pepperoni or Cheese or half and half
Q How many people does one box of pizza serve?
There are 24 squares in one box of party size pizza. This should feed the kids at your party, but some parents decide to go for additional large pizza.
Q What if less or more kids show up than I had anticipated?
If you have last minute changes to your pizza order, please let us know when you check-in so we can make arrangements. For loot bags, you will only be charged for the number of guests attending the party. However, please note that you have to pre-book lootbags minimum 72hours before your party.
Q Can I bring my own decorations and party supplies?
Absolutely! Although, with every party we provide party supplies, we understand that you may want a particular theme. You are more than welcome to bring in your own paper products and tablecloths. We do not allow ceiling or wall decorations, silly string, or confetti. Please give your supplies to your host when you arrive so things can be set up perfectly!
Q Can we extend our party time?
If there are no other events planned right after your party, yes, you may extend your party up to a half an hour (30 minutes) for $45 or $90 for an hour; or $140 for 90 minutes subject to availability.
Q Can we rent your facility?
Yes, you can rent our facility as follows:
30minutes - $45
60minutes - $90
90minutes - $140
120minutes - $180
Q Are gratuities (tips) required?
Tips are always welcome, but not required! Our hosts will work very hard to make sure your party is absolutely wonderful, and would appreciate any extra reward for their efforts!
Q When should I order pizza, cake, loot bags, or other party extras?
We will contact you prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you can order any party extras and discuss any questions or special requests you have.
Q Can I bring my own drinks/food?
For your convenience, we offer food and beverage with your party packages. However, you’re welcome to bring in your own NUT FREE dry snacks and beverages. We ask that you do not bring colored juice or alcohol.
Q Can I bring my own loot bags?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own loot bags.
Q Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
In order to make the event hassle-free for you, we offer a variety of party extras. From Pizza, drinks, and cake to balloons and loot bags, we have everything you need right down to the candles! If you choose not to purchase the party extras, you are welcome to bring drinks, nut free dry snacks, and cake or cupcakes. Plates and cups are provided with every party.
Q What if I need to cancel my party?
We require at least 7 days advance notice if you need to cancel your party in order to avoid additional charges. You will not be refunded the deposit if you cancel. If you cancel 3-6 days prior to the party, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price. If you cancel less than 3 days prior to the party, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. As long as you reschedule your party within 3 months of the original party date, you can transfer your deposit and will not be charged additional charges.
